Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Postgust (“we”, “us”) is a social-media scheduling tool. This policy explains what data we handle and why. By using Postgust you agree to it.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address (via Supabase Auth) used to sign you in.
- Connected social accounts — the access tokens you grant for Instagram, Facebook, Threads and TikTok, so we can publish on your behalf and show your analytics.
- Your content — the captions, hashtags, media and schedules you create.
- Usage data — basic logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To schedule and publish your posts, generate AI captions, display your analytics, process payments and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.
Service providers
We share data only with processors that help us run Postgust:
- Supabase — database, authentication, media storage.
- Stripe — subscription payments (we never see your card).
- Anthropic — generating captions from the topic you enter.
- Meta & TikTok — publishing to their platforms via their official APIs, under the permissions you grant.
Social platform data
We access your social accounts only to publish the posts you schedule and to read the metrics those platforms expose. We do not scrape or collect data beyond what their official APIs provide, and you can disconnect any account at any time.
Retention & deletion
You can delete individual posts and disconnect accounts yourself. To delete your account and associated data entirely, contact us at support@postgust.app. Deleting an account revokes stored tokens.
Security
Access tokens are stored server-side and transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@postgust.app.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
