These terms govern your use of Postgust. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Postgust lets you schedule, publish and analyse posts across Instagram, Facebook, Threads and TikTok, with AI-assisted captions. Features may change over time.
Your account
You’re responsible for your login credentials and for the activity on your account. Connected social accounts must be ones you’re authorised to manage.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Postgust to:
- post spam, or content that is illegal, deceptive or harmful;
- buy or generate fake followers, likes or engagement;
- violate the terms of Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok or any platform you connect;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and publish it on your behalf to the platforms you choose.
Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on Instagram, Facebook, Threads and TikTok. Their APIs and rules are outside our control and may change or fail. You must comply with each platform’s own terms.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that every post will publish successfully, since that depends on third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Postgust is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Postgust at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
