Terms of Service

Postgust is operated by Besh Vladyslav, an individual, Kyivska street, build 11, housing A, flat 12, Ternopil, Ternopilska region, Ukraine. You can reach us at support@postgust.com.

Postgust lets you plan, schedule, publish and analyse posts across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and X, with AI-assisted captions and hashtags. Features may change over time; anything removed will be announced in the app first.

You are responsible for your login credentials and for what happens under your account. Connected social accounts must be ones you are authorised to manage. One person, one account; a team shares a workspace, not a login.

You agree not to use Postgust to:

• post spam, or content that is illegal, deceptive or harmful;
• buy or generate fake followers, likes or engagement;
• violate the terms of any platform you connect;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service.

You keep ownership of everything you create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store your posts and media and to publish them on your behalf to the platforms you choose.

Publishing depends on the networks you connect. Their APIs, limits and rules are outside our control and may change or fail. You must comply with each platform's own terms; a post refused by a platform is reported to you, not silently dropped.

While Postgust is in beta, every plan is free. When paid plans launch, they will be billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. A failed payment never deletes your posts: your plan is kept while the card is retried, and afterwards the workspace continues on the free plan.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that every post will publish successfully, since that depends on third-party platforms, and we do not guarantee any particular reach or growth.

To the extent permitted by law, Postgust is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Postgust at any time and delete your account yourself in Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
