Open the feed of an account that is doing well and read it as a stranger. It reads like someone talking. Open one that is stuck and it reads like a press office.
Reply like you were asked
A comment is a person saying something to you in a room. Answering it with a template is turning to face the wall. One real sentence back is worth more than a hundred hearts.
Say what you actually think
Not opinions for their own sake — but if a tool is bad, say it is bad. An account that has never disagreed with anything has never said anything either.
Show the work, not only the result

- The question a customer asked that you had to look up
- The Tuesday when nothing happened
Talk to other accounts
Comment on the people you actually read. Not to be seen — to take part. The network is a room, and the ones who only ever announce are the ones nobody talks to at parties.
Scheduling does not make you less of a person. It moves the typing to a time you chose. The talking is still yours, every day, in the replies.
