Getting started
- Which networks can I manage with Postgust?
- Facebook Pages, Instagram (Professional accounts post directly; personal ones get a reminder at the scheduled minute), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest boards and X. Each one connects through its own login — Postgust never sees your password.
- How many accounts can I connect on the free plan?
- One social account and ten pending posts at a time. Enough to see how it works on your own profile; the paid plans lift both limits.
- Do I have to give you my passwords?
- Never. Every network connects through its own official login screen, which hands Postgust a limited token you can revoke at any time from that network's settings. We could not ask for a password if we wanted to.

Scheduling & publishing
- What happens if a post fails?
- The worker retries with growing gaps between attempts, and if the network keeps refusing you get told — in the app and, if you set it up, in Telegram — with the network's own reason, so you know whether to fix the post or reconnect the account.

Plans & billing
- Can I try a paid plan for free?
- Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends without being charged.
- How can I pay?
- By card, monthly or annually. Paying for a year costs ten months — two months free — and you can switch plans or cancel from the billing page at any point.
06
Team & approvals
- Can my team use it?
- From the Entrepreneur plan up, yes: invite people with roles, so a writer can draft and only an approver can release. Posts wait in an approval queue rather than in an email thread.
07
Analytics
- Will Postgust increase my reach?
- No tool can promise that, and the ones that do are not telling the truth. A scheduled post gets exactly the reach a manually posted one does. What changes is that it goes out at the right minute whether or not you were free at that minute.
