How to teach the AI your brand voice

One button reads your published posts and works out how you write. Add the rules only you know, and every generated caption follows.

Settings → Brand voice → Learn from my posts. It reads up to forty of your captions — published first, then scheduled — and shows what it found: the tone, how many emoji you use, how long you write, the openings and sign-offs you repeat, the hashtags you actually use, and the five captions it will show the model as examples.

What changes

The AI studio in the composer works exactly as before, but the instructions it receives now begin with your voice: match this length, this emoji habit, these openings, prefer these hashtags, here are real captions to sound like. The result reads like the account, not like a tool. A small line under the button confirms it: written in your brand voice.

Your own rules

Some things cannot be learned from examples — that you never use exclamation marks, that concerts always name the city, that you say you and never dear customers. Write them in the rules box and save. Your rules win over anything learned.

Keeping it fresh

  • Press Learn again after a month of new posts; the profile is replaced, your rules stay.
  • Forget clears what was learned and keeps your rules.
  • The switch at the top turns the voice off without losing anything, for the day you want the plain generator.

Three captions are the minimum for the button to do anything useful. Nothing leaves your workspace except the captions sent to the model at the moment a caption is generated.

Stop watching the clock. Start drifting.
