From a spreadsheet

Schedule hundreds of posts in a few clicks

Put the posts in a sheet — one per row — export it as CSV and drop it in. Every row is checked before anything is scheduled, and the whole month lands on the calendar at once.

Why a sheet beats a form thirty times

Plan where you already plan
Most content calendars live in a spreadsheet already. Keep them there; export when the month is ready.
Nothing half-scheduled
Every row is checked first — dates, times, accounts, links. A sheet with one bad line schedules nothing rather than the first twenty and a half.
Any network, any mix
Name accounts by handle or by network. One row can go to Instagram and TikTok at once; the next only to LinkedIn.

How it works

  1. 01

    Download the template

Seven columns: date, time, caption, hashtags, accounts, media link, media type. Only four are required.

  2. 02

Fill it in and export as CSV

Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets all export CSV. Commas or semicolons — both are read.

  3. 03

Drop it and read the preview

Every row shows as ready or with a reason. Fix, drop again, press Schedule. Done for the month.
