The approval link is for the person who decides but will never log in: the client's owner or marketing lead. They get a page with the posts that wait for a decision and two buttons under each.
Making the link
- 1Team → Approval links → New. Name it after the person or the client, and pick how long it lives — a week for a campaign, ninety days for an ongoing account.
- 2Send it however you already talk to them. There is no account, no password, nothing to install.
- 3Revoke it from the same card at any time; a revoked link opens to a polite dead end.
What the client sees
Every post that is awaiting approval or scheduled and not yet published, newest first, with the caption, the media and the networks it goes to. Approve sends it to the queue. Send back turns it into a draft with their note written on the post — you see the note in the calendar and in the composer, on the post it is about, not in a message about a screenshot.
The monthly report
Analytics → PDF report, pick the month. The file has the workspace name and logo, the month's published count, followers, reach and engagement where the networks report them, the weekly rhythm, a table per account and the top posts. It is the same data as the analytics page, laid out for forwarding.
Reach and engagement in the report come from the nightly collection, which needs the analytics permissions on the connected networks. Until then those columns show a dash rather than an invented number.
