Everything in Postgust belongs to a workspace: the connected networks, the calendar, the team, the settings, the plan. An agency has one per client, and the person running them switches between them without signing out.
Adding a client
- 1Profile menu → Clients → New workspace. Name it after the client.
- 2It opens empty on the free plan. Connect their networks in Accounts; the connection belongs to this workspace only.
- 3Invite their people in Team — an approver on the client side, an editor on yours. They see this workspace and nothing else.
- 4Choose a plan in Billing. The card can be theirs or yours; each workspace is billed on its own.
Switching
The switcher sits in the profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar, and in the More sheet on a phone. The whole app follows: calendar, inbox, analytics, settings. The Clients page shows every workspace you belong to with its plan, connected accounts, queued posts and this month's published count, so a Monday check takes one screen.
What cannot go wrong
A post can only target the accounts of the workspace you are in; approval links and PDF reports are per workspace; a team member sees only the workspaces they were invited to. The mistake of publishing one client's post to another's account is not possible to make.
Creating additional workspaces is part of the Agency plan once billing is live. Being invited into someone else's workspace is free on every plan.
